Kommeno Apartments – Kommeno - Corfu

Perched on a hilltop, these traditional apartments climb to the top in groups of two and three.

They are a good size and have whitewashed walls, small kitchenette, simple shower/WC and balcony or terrace with sea view. While the apartments provide pleasant holiday accommodation, what makes the Kommeno so appealing are the large pool and bar at the crown of the hill.

The views are exceptional, over Corfu Town and the marina, to mainland Greece and Albania. To one side of the pool there is an enclosed bar (great for poor weather, or as an escape from the hot weather) with an outside terrace, with the best views of all. The pool area is private to Kommeno guests during the day, but open to visitors after 6pm, creating a pleasant evening atmosphere.

The closest taverna is a short walk down the hill (about 300 metres) with a mini-market a twenty minute walk away. The local beach is about ten minutes’ walk away and provides a pleasant alternative to the Kommeno’s lovely pool. When somewhere busier appeals, Corfu Town is only twelve kilometres.

Kommeno has a gorgeous setting that is bound to impress.
