CHRISTMAS MARKETS


Christmas markets have been a tradition in European cities for hundreds of years, and yet today they seem to be more popular than ever. This is the time for the old market squares to be transformed into magical settings. You will find huge Christmas trees decorated with thousands of colourful lights; stalls laden with deliciuously scented Stollen cakes and hot gluwein; wonderful gifts for the whole family, many hand made by local craftsmen.
